6. Waiver of Rights & Non-Adversarial Agreement

Discrepancy Waiver:
In the event that a bank’s official calculation differs from the FD Insider estimate, you agree to accept the bank’s figure as final. You further agree that you will not initiate legal action, "sue," or seek damages from FD Insider, its management, or developers for any discrepancy, financial loss, or perceived "wrong advice."
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims or legal costs arising from your attempts to use our data in a dispute with a third party.
